We check your entries and organize our drivers internally.

You will receive the reservation confirmation as soon as the verification has been completed.

We offer our customers the following payment methods:
MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, ATM, cash, bank transfer

The email sent 24 hours before your appointment will have all the details about your driver and your journey.

If for some reason your driver does not show up, it is important that you call the number provided in the driver details email. Please note that no refunds can be made if incorrect information was provided at the time of booking.

The luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle chosen. The capacity of our cars is given under the menu item Fleet.
Please note that your hand luggage is carried in the vehicle and should therefore be of an appropriate size.

If you are traveling with excess baggage, such as large suitcases, golf clubs, wheelchairs, skis, strollers, etc., it is important that you let us know when booking.
If you fail to tell us, additional transportation may be required to accommodate the excess baggage, which will incur additional charges.

If you want to change details of your booking, e.g. B. Pick-up or destination, date or number of passengers, you can send us an email office@viennacitycap.at with your booking number, your name and your telephone number.

To cancel your booking, please call us. Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours before the booked appointment.
